Please wear loose fitting clothes so arm and pant sleeves can be rolled up.

Don't come hungry have a snack or light meal before coming in.

For initial visits, please fill out medical history form online for speedy check in. It takes approximately 15-20 mins

Expect distal needling, needles will not be placed where you have pain.

Acupuncture is not a one time quick fix, you will need continued sessions to reach desired goal of health.
